ABOUT THE THEATRE FACTORY
NXT-GEN is a Theatre Company based at Studio B Worcester for 7-18 year olds. It takes place on Wednesday evenings at 5pm – 7.30pm.
Students are trained in all aspects of theatre work including singing, dancing, acting and general stage craft all taught by teachers who have years of professional performing experience. Some examples of the important subjects covered include:
- Vocal technique, including understanding how the voice works
- Solo and ensemble singing
- Script work
- Improvisation
- Esteem building
- Performance skills
- Musical theatre interpretation
